I’ve been using the KitchenAid 5-Speed Ultra Power Hand Mixer for a while now, and it’s become one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and has plenty of power for everyday tasks like mixing batters, whipping cream, and mashing potatoes. The five speeds are well-spaced — low is gentle enough to start without splattering, and high can handle thicker doughs surprisingly well.
The beaters are sturdy and clean up easily, and I love that the cord can lock into either side depending on where you’re standing.
Bottom line: A great mid-range hand mixer that lives up to the KitchenAid name — powerful, simple, and durable.
I ordered this thermometer because I needed one that was faster than the one I had. And yes. It is instant! I checked to see if it was accurate and followed what the instructions said to do. I placed the thermometer in an insulated cup with several ice cubes, inserted the probe and stirred for one minute. The reading: 32.1. Very accurate and within the quality control range of 31.5-32.5.
It’s magnetic so you can place it on the refrigerator for easy access if you want to. I just tuck it away in a drawer. It fits comfortably in my small hand, and the display is large and backlit so you can see it clearly at any angle because it rotates. I’m happy with it so far and I would highly recommend it.
If you’re still out here using a flimsy, one-trick-pony baster, let me introduce you to the Stainless Steel Baster with Marinade Injector — because your turkey deserves better.
I used this for Thanksgiving, and WOW. Every 45 minutes, I basted and injected my bird with flavor-packed goodness, and it was soooo easy to use. No fuss, no mess — just juicy, flavorful perfection. The fact that it’s a 2-in-1 baster + injector is a total game-changer. No switching tools, no extra cleanup. Speaking of cleanup, they even include two different-sized brushes (a thick one for the baster and a thin one for the injector) so you can clean every nook and cranny.
After brining my turkey overnight and using this bad boy to baste and inject, my turkey turned out juicy, flavorful, and delicious. I had family members asking, “What did you DO to this turkey?! It’s incredible!” The secret? This tool right here.
Highly recommend if you want a stress-free, flavor-packed bird. Seriously, don’t wait until next Thanksgiving to get one — you’ll be looking for excuses to use it on roasts, chicken, and more. 5 stars all the way.
With this pack of 10 foil trays and lids, you’ll save money by buying in bulk and always have a pan and cover handy when needed! Perfect for prepping, roasting, baking, cooking, serving, catering, keeping food warm, and taking a dish to an event. They’re not bendy, flimsy, or floppy. These 13×9 foil pans have a flexible rim for hassle-free transportation (when full) and easy storage (when empty). The full curl rim and thick foil roasting pan material provide a safe and disposable option.
Probably the best containers I’ve ever owned. I purchased them because I was looking for something durable like glass, but made of hard unbreakable plastic. These containers are very sturdy and durable, and the seal on the lid is excellent. So excellent you actually need to put a little muscle into removing the lid once you’ve pressed it down and created a slight vacuum.
I was tired of soggy takeout and greasy ovens, so I grabbed the Ninja 4-in-1 Pro 5QT Air Fryer—and it’s been love at first fry. In 15 minutes, I’m pulling out golden chicken wings that taste deep-fried but use barely a teaspoon of oil. The 4-lb capacity fits a whole rotisserie-style chicken or family-sized fries with room to spare.
The controls are dead simple: pick air fry, roast, reheat, or dehydrate, dial the temp/time, and go. No preheating nonsense—just toss in food and walk away. Cleanup? A breeze—the nonstick basket and crisper plate are dishwasher-safe and wipe clean in seconds.
Used it daily for a month: perfect salmon, roasted veggies, even dehydrated apple chips for the kids. Runs quiet, stays cool on the outside, and the compact size slides right under my cabinets. For the price, it’s a kitchen MVP—healthier meals, zero hassle, and my electric bill thanks me. If you cook at all, you need this Ninja in your life!
I really love this multi-cooker. I honestly find myself using it way more than my actual stovetop. With a glass-top stove, it’s always a hassle trying to keep it spotless, but the Ninja is a breeze to clean. Everything wipes right off easily, and the pot fits perfectly in my dishwasher.
It heats up fast and gets hot, so I typically use the Med temp when using the searching/saute function, but adjusting the temp on the fly is quick and easy.
Because this device doesn’t use a heating element like a stovetop, there is not heat retention, helping to reduce cooking further once you’re finished. I place the lid on it and move the function to keep warm and I’m able to enjoy a meal long after its finished, which is extremely handy with a newborn baby in the house.
I bought Ninja Blender about 11 years ago and enjoyed it so much that we finally wore it out. Then I tried Hamilton Beach (because it’s cheaper) and was sadly disappointed. It wouldn’t crush ice at all. After returning the HB, I happily bought another Ninja knowing that it crushes ice wonderfully. Highly recommend it! (Do be careful though. The blades are very sharp!)
A true classic for blending literally ANYTHING this year. Get one while they are on sale! Who couldn’t use a good blender?
I’m obsessed with this crockpot. I have used it every day since it came in. It’s easy to clean and very simple to use. Personally, I hand wash it instead of placing it in the dishwasher. It only has 4 controls (off, low, high, and warm) so it’s very simple to use. I was able to cook something on high for a couple hours while I ran a couple errands and it cooked everything perfectly! I think overall, the product works great, is easy to clean, durable, and is well worth the money.
OMG, I love-love-love it!!!! It has cut soooooo much off from my cooking time, that I almost feel like I need to find something else to do in the kitchen for 15min!! Its very easy to use, and takes only seconds to shred a full chicken breast.
I questioned the cleaning process when ordered, but now that I’ve actually used it, I can say that cleaning it isn’t an issue – its dishwasher safe. Boom. Done.
The packaging was a nice, sturdy, manufacturer box – not in plain plastic wrapping, like many items from Amazon do. It also came with a tiny little stainless fork to use if you need to guide meat away from the prongs (which I haven’t had to use, yet, but I suppose some types of meats can be stickier, like pulled pork).
This sucker is a game-changer. And its inexpensive, too….so if you’re looking for a gift to give someone (who does ANY type of cooking using meat) without spending a lot of money, THIS IS IT, and the recipient will forever love you for it. In all seriousness, it is one of my most favorite gadgets ever purchased for my kitchen in a long, lonnnnng time.
Wishing you a happy and healthy holiday season! Stay tuned for more!
